- your name, address and telephone number
- the title of the desired publication
- enclose stamps worth 370 Yen
- write “Brochure request”「パンフレット請求」on the envelope and state your name and address on the backside

The desired publications will be send to you as a Letter Pack light (in case publications exceed 4kg or the size of the Letter Pack please look for information about the mailing conditions by yourself)
